1. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders, products, and services offered by SGBerryart (Stefanie Geicke), based in Tenerife, Spain. By placing an order or booking a service, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Products and Services

SGBerryart offers the following:

• Original handmade artworks (watercolour, oil, acrylic) available for purchase
• Commissioned pieces created to the client's specifications
• Belly painting for expectant mothers — on-site service in Tenerife only
• Face painting for children's parties and events — on-site service in Tenerife only

All artworks are unique, handmade pieces. Minor variations from any preview images are inherent to the nature of handmade art and are not considered defects.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are final and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment methods:

• Artworks (originals and commissioned pieces): bank transfer only, prior to shipment or collection.
• On-site services (belly/face painting): bank transfer or cash on-site, by prior agreement.

For commissioned pieces, a deposit of 50% of the agreed price is required to begin work. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before delivery.

4. Travel Costs

For on-site body painting services, travel within the south of Tenerife is included in the service price. Travel to the north of Tenerife or other areas may incur additional costs, which will be communicated and agreed upon prior to the booking.

5. Delivery

Physical artworks are shipped after receipt of full payment. Delivery times vary depending on destination. SGBerryart takes care to package artworks securely, but cannot be held responsible for damages caused during transit by third-party carriers.

Shipping costs are communicated at the time of order and are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

6. Returns and Cancellations

Due to the handmade and personalised nature of the artworks and services:

• Returns are not accepted for personalised or commissioned pieces once work has commenced.
• Ready-made artworks may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and undamaged.
• Cancellations of on-site services (belly/face painting) must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a partial charge.

7. Intellectual Property

All artworks created by SGBerryart remain the intellectual property of Stefanie Geicke. Purchase of a physical artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Reproduction, publication or commercial use of any artwork without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tenerife, Spain.
